This delightful plant, which can be found tucked into rock crevices in the Caucasus mountains, is equally at home in any light garden soil. It has a floppy arching habit, producing branching stems up to a foot long liberally sprinkled with nodding blue violet tubular bells. Easy to grow and it self seeds happily but never gets out of hand. Excellent for the border, rockery etc. Flowers early summer. Height 38cm 15in.
